Last week Lorrie Norrington announced that, among other things, we're introducing a paperless payments policy in late October. Essentially, sellers will need to offer an electronic payment method to their buyers - credit cards through their own merchant account, PayPal, or ProPay, which will all also eventually be integrated into eBay's Checkout.
