Today is Town Hall day! Your opportunity to ask eBay execs questions and let them know what's on your mind -- live, and on the air! Lorrie Norrington, President of eBay Marketplace Operations, and several other eBay execs will take your questions today from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, on all things eBay.
To get the collective ear of our execs, call us at our toll-free number – 1-877-474-3302 - between 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time and ask us your question on the air. If you'd prefer, you can drop us an email at townhall@ebay.com. For information on how to listen live on WSRadio or access the archives after the event, visit the Town Hall page.
As usual, I'll be putting up pictures from the Town Hall as it unfolds this afternoon.
It's now a few minutes before 3:30 pm, and our execs are taking their places on the panel. Here are Lorrie Norrington and Griff sharing a moment before we go on air:

A few of the panel members settling in:
Matt Halprin, VP of Trust and Safety discussing a serious point with David Pride (wearing one of his trademark t-shirts) a few minutes before we started:
Amjad Hanif (L) from the Trust and Safety team spends a moment with Jim Ambach (R), VP of Seller Experience (it's Jim's last Town Hall before he moves on -- as he put it -- at beating his kids at Guitar Hero 3):
Brian Burke, Senior Director of Global Feedback policy talking about the recent Feedback changes, as Jeff King from the Finding team looks on:
And now it's time for Jeff King to explain the return of the Playground:
Monroe Labouisse from PayPal explains eChecks:
Kristina Klausen from the Shipping team responds to a caller about why the eBay Shipping Calculator doesn't support DHL (yet):
Dinesh Lathi, VP Seller Experience, reassures a caller that the "retail-like" buyer experience eBay has been talking about doesn't mean that the "uniqueness" of discovering hard-to-find or quirky items on, for which the site is famous, will go away. As Griff quipped, "What would Jay Leno do for his 'Stuff We Found on eBay' segment?"
Lisa from the Community Development team writes down a question that came in over email, at townhall@ebay.com:
Jeff and Lisa monitoring the Town Hall email address for questions coming in during the event (well, maaaaybe Jeff is checking sports news on ESPN):
More people from the Community Development team in the "studio audience." From L to R: Rachel (our fearless leader), Garnor, Stacy, and Cheryl:
