If you missed listening to last Friday's Town Hall with Bill Cobb, President of eBay North America, you can still hear a recording of the event or read a transcript on the Town Hall Archives page in a few days. Meanwhile, take a look at some pictures from the event.
For Friday's Town Hall, we had live participation not only from people who called in on the phones and sent in their questions via email, but also from the newest members of the Voices of the Community program, who were in San Jose last week. You can see some of them in the foreground in this picture:
Just before the Town Hall commenced, Brian (left) and Garnor (center) from the Community team explained to Voices members how the radio call-in process works. Looking on, smiling, is Jamie Ianonne, from eBay's Buyer Experience team.
And here's Jamie meeting Voices members before the Town Hall:

Another picture of Jamie talking to Voices members. Many would say that all companies should talk to their customers on bended knee. :)
The Town Hall Panel prepares for the event - from L to R, Griff (Town Hall emcee), Matt Halprin (Trust and Safety), Jim Ambach (Seller Experience), Jamie Ianonne (Buyer Experience):
Griff and Bill share a joke, as Matt and Jim also join in the laughter:
The rest of the panel. Colin Rule from PayPal is on the extreme right, and on his right is Gary Briggs, eBay's Chief Marketing Officer:
Voices members look on as the Town Hall is in progress. In the background are more eBay employees, ready to help the Town Hall panel with questions in their areas of expertise:
Kristina Klausen from the Shipping team weighs in with her expertise on a shipping-related question with Colin Rule and Brian Jones:

Relaxing after the Town Hall, from L to R, Brian Burke (Feedback guru) and Colin Rule from PayPal. Congratulations on a job well done, guys! See you at the next Town Hall!
