Don't miss today's Town Hall with Bill Cobb, President of eBay North America, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 PM (Pacific Time). Bill and the Town Hall panel will be taking questions live from the eBay Community during this time. If you have any questions, you can call them in via our toll-free number (877-474-3302) or by email (TownHall@ebay.com).
I'll posting pictures of the Town Hall here as it unfolds this afternoon. Just keep refreshing this blog post with your browser to see the latest pictures. Hope to "see" you there!
Here's the Town Hall panel prepping, a few minutes before we're on the air: In the foreground, talking to Griff (our emcee) and Bill Cobb are Rachel Makool, Sr. Director, Community Development, and Steve Hartman, who you may remember from this morning's announcement.

Here's the rest of the Town Hall Panel. From L to R, Jim Ambach (Seller Experience), Matt Halprin (Trust and Safety), Gary Briggs (our Chief Marketing Officer), Jeff Clementz (PayPal), and Renee VonBergen (Buyer Experience):
Gary Briggs talking about the new ad campaign. You may already have seen some of the TV ads, such as the one that Gary mentioned in his announcement a few days ago.
Jim Ambach talking about the easier, slimmed-down version of SYI (Sell Your Item), that we announced last week:
Who should leave Feedback first - the buyer or the seller? It's been a long-standing debate and, as Griff says, it will continue for a while. The bottom line is, Feedback is optional.
Matt Halprin, VP of Trust and Safety, listens intently as Gary Briggs talks about personalization in the catalogs we sent out recently.
Here's a picture of part of the "studio audience" -- some eBay team members furiously taking notes as people call or email their questions in to the panel:
...and another picture of our "studio audience":
Here's Renee, whose Chatter Blog posts on Sneak Peek have been very popular, talking about Best Offer:
Jeff Clementz from PayPal is a picture of poise while answering a question about the Item Not Received process:
For Trust and Safety, being between the Seller Experience and the Buyer Experience is like being between a rock and a hard place.
Our intrepid Chatter bloggers Brian (in the foreground) and Jeff have been helping relay questions from members:
The boss ladies are smiling - hopefully that means I'm NOT in trouble! From L to R, Rachel Makool, Senior Director, Community Development, and Laura Schopen, Senior Manager, Community Communication.
