Vancouver gets hyped for eBay Live! in Boston

The excitement is building here at the Vancouver Customer Support center as we get closer and closer to eBay Live! in Boston. Why are we so excited, all the way up here in Canada, you might ask? Well, if you've been to eBay Live! in past years, you likely remember the friendly eBay staff working throughout the event. Nearly 100 of that staff normally comes from our Vancouver office. Since we have over 1000 employees working here, interested employees actually have to apply to work at eBay Live!, and they also have to meet a minimum feedback requirement. Employees go all out vying for one of the highly coveted spots. Some of them are talking about starting a "Countdown to Boston" clock. Another group of employess has started bringing out their old Kool and the Gang CDs and tapes to get themselves jazzed up for the big gala (they're the musical headliner).

I thought it would be fun to give you a little glimpse of how excited some of our employees are about eBay Live! Check out this video....and hopefully we will see you in Boston!
