Colin Rule on PayPal Radio Today

If you read this blog with any consistency (and we sure hope you do), you've probably seen 
Colin Rule out here (that's his picture to the right). He works for PayPal, putting his long experience to good use as their Director of Online Dispute Resolution when not posting in the eBay Cafe or messing around in Second Life.
Today is your chance to put his melodic voice to his picture - he's going to be featured in a segment on PayPal Radio with Jason Miner this afternoon to discuss how you can use returns and partial refunds to help avoid some disputes with your trading partners. The show runs from 2-3pm PT, and while he'll only be on for 8-10 minutes, he said if I'm really nice to him he might even come back later and recap the show here on the blog.
