Getting Advice From the Experts

Posted by Jeff on January 29, 2007 at 02:32 PM in General | Permalink

Jeff_post_119So much goes on around the site that you never know what you might stumble upon. Take, for instance, what happened when I jumped on my computer over the weekend to look at the latest listings for the autographed hockey cards I'm addicted to collecting. As I looked at the homepage, I saw a graphic I'd never seen before - one offering a 1:1 consultation with our Seller Outreach team. Sessions are roughly 20 minutes, and they'll go over what we call "best practices" for selling (basically, tips that have worked well for other sellers) to help you grow. These sessions are extremely popular at eBay Live!, and I'm assuming that might be one of the reasons we're trying to make them more widely available.

The graphic rotates with a bunch of other ones so you might have to refresh the homepage several times to see it - to skip all that, you can just read more and sign up here.
