A Wiseguy New Year's Eve Celebrity Auction - Sopranos Style

Whether you are a fan of The Sopranos, Bruce Springsteen's 'E Street Band', or just really like over-sized bandannas on your guitar players, this is the auction for you.  Steven Van Zandt, who plays Silvio Dante in HBO's hit mafia series, and is the bandanna sporting lead guitarist for Springsteen's band, has gathered many members of his extended "family" for a New Year's party at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York. 

A portion of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the the Rock And Roll Forever Foundation, as well as the VH1 Save The Music Foundation.  The winner gets their name in lights, and will have the opportunity to party with Van Zandt, Tony "Paulie Walnuts" Sirico, Frank "Phil Leotardo" Vincent, Vinnie "Big Pussy" Pastore, Vince "Johnny Sack" Curatola, Johnny "Artie Bucco" Ventimiglia, and Maureen "Gabriella Dante" Van Zandt, among others. 

The auction is already underway, and bidding starts at $100,000.  Perhaps too rich for my blood, even with the open bar and other perks.  The auction closes the day after Christmas, so be sure to check it out.
