It's National Philanthropy Day!

If you haven't heard, the people who get to decide these types of things have made today National Philanthropy Day. That's great timing for our eBay Giving Works team, who are right in the middle of a big campaign to support relief efforts in the Gulf Coast.
Involved are 8 celebrities: Ray Romano, Josh Hartnett, Holly Robinson Peete, Drew Brees, LeAnn Rimes, Jamie Foxx, Oscar de la Hoya, and Matthew McConaughey. They're all both buying items on eBay to help families still affected by Hurricane Katrina, as well as selling unique items and personal experiences. It's a pretty cool campaign - so cool, in fact, that Jen Ibarra and Sally Faddis, who are working on it, agreed to shoot a video telling you more about it (and also divulging their love for McConaughey and Hartnett):
