eBay on Fox's Family Guy

In my latest example of pop culture presence, I bring to you latest episode of Fox's animated show The Family Guy. During last Sunday's show the Griffin's neighbor Joe Swanson is seen checking his mailbox for a mirror that he purchased on eBay, when Peter comes roaring down the street in a tank. I could try and put this in better context for you, but anyone who watches The Family Guy can tell you that explaining the context for events in that show can be difficult...if not impossible.
