Walk of Fame

While rushing off to catch Griff's book signing, I happened upon a member staring down at her feet. My first thought was the person in question was bemoaning the fact her feet hurt (oh d'feet, d'feet ) but upon closer inspection, I discovered what held her attention. She was looking down at the User ID bigdaddysmoney on the Walk of Fame. What is the Walk of Fame you ask? Well it's a special runner that's been created to display lots of User IDs, kind of like Hollywood's Walk of Fame.

Member bigdaddysmoney looked up and said, "I was walking along and happened to look down and saw my User ID. How did it get there?" I stopped to chat with her, as well as btdownhome (who took the above picture), and quickly learned that biddaddysmoney was a member of a Yahoo! group that meets frequently to talk about eBay stuff. While the members of the group knew about important happenings in each others lives and what they bought and sold, it wasn't until eBay Live! 2006 that they actually got to meet each other. And to top it off, bigdaddysmoney ends up on the Walk of Fame? Now how cool is that?
