Developer Community Presenters at the Developers Conference

Hi everyone, and thanks for the great intro, Jeff! I can't think of a better time for my first Chatter blog post than at our annual developer community event, the eBay Developers Conference - or DevCon as developers fondly refer to it. This year we are hosting DevCon at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, right before eBay Live! So far we've had a great time at last night's Friday Kickoff Party at the House of Blues, as well as our first ever live blog posting of our opening keynote this morning. We've even got our own DevCon blog covering the event.

As always, it is interacting with our global community of developers that makes this event so special. In fact, some of our most popular sessions from previous eBay Developers Conferences, as voted on by attendees in our conference survey, have been presented by members of our developer community.

In recognition of the popularity of these community-led sessions, we held a Call for Papers back in February. The response from developers was tremendous, with lots of high quality submissions about eBay, PayPal and Skype.
