Welcome to the eBay Chatter blog

It’s an exciting day for us…and a sign of the changing times. Today, we’re saying a fond farewell to our old monthly Chatter newsletter, and we’re joining the “blogosphere” with the launch our new eBay Chatter blog.
For our Chatter readers, please know we’re retaining everything you’ve loved about the newsletter, including some of our familiar voices --- like our beloved Griff and “Mr. Online Dispute Resolution” Colin Rule.
The Chatter has always been written for you, the eBay Community. We’ve tried to tell stories that teach and inspire you. We’ve worked to shed light on the company and how eBay designs products and makes decisions. And we’ve put members of our Community in the spotlight, because we all love to hear about the innovative ways people are being successful on eBay.
We’re going to continue to do all of that on our new blog –and more. My team has orders to track down stories that will inform you, of course, and even entertain you a bit. ("All work and no play...") We’ll be experimenting with recorded Skype interviews, and some video, which should be fun.
We absolutely want to hear what you think of the blog, so we’ve created a special Chatter Blog Comments discussion board that we will link to from the bottom of every post.
One last thing -- The blog lets us bring you interesting stories on a real-time basis, which is a great benefit over the newsletter. That means, we’ll be posting regularly, and you’ll want to check back often. (Even better -- subscribe to our blog via RSS)
(One more "last" thing…I’d also like to thank SixApart, who hosts our blog. They’ve been great to work with, and we appreciate their support.)
