“Click, You’re It” Proves To Be Quite The Challenge

If you know what a “hai-clue” is, that means you probably saw last week’s Click, You’re It promotion. Along with daily prizes, we gave away a trip to Las Vegas for eBay Live! with all the trimmings – luxury hotel suite, transportation, entry to the event, etc. To have a chance to win the trip, all you had to do was decipher our hai-clues (clues given out in haiku form) to form the winning phrase.
But apparently, our marketing folks write some pretty tough hai-clues! Out of over 247,000 submissions, only 3,151 actually had the correct phrase: Discover IT on eBay, have fun in Vegas! But if you didn’t win, don’t worry too much….you could have a chance to redeem yourself soon.
